Excellent Location and Friendly Service
great location luxembourg gardens friendly staff
The location is amazing, very close to the Pantheon. I appreciated being next to the Luxembourg Gardens. Transferring anywhere in the city was very easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, always kind (the most important thing for me).
The room was dated. It didn't feel particularly clean. I did not like the fact there was no duvet cover sheet (it was a minor issue).

The room had comfortable beds and was clean. The bathroom and separate WC added a touch of luxury. I noticed the hotel rebooked for another stay. They kept our bags s (this helped us a lot).

superb location comfortable bed clean room
The location is superb. It is only a few minutes walk to the metro for direct airport access. it was quiet at night, which i appreciated. my classic triple room was clean with comfortable beds, i'll book again!
The room lacked a refrigerator or microwave. This would have enhanced my stay.

sewage smell intense humidity
the location was acceptable because it was close to many attractions.
The room smelled like sewage. That was not a highlight. i think it might be because my headboard was right next to the bathroom? the humidity was quite intense, possibly causing mold or mildew. also, they didn't have a 'do not disturb' sign. I had to ask for one.

transportation options helpful staff fresh room
I am thankful for the great transportation. Options exist everywhere. I also appreciate the staff. They were so helpful to me. The room was clean. It had a fresh smell. Complimentary coffee and tea were available.
The elevator was shaky. I felt a bit anxious while using it.

friendly staff central location dated room polyester duvet
the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is central and near many tourist attractions. it is very close to metro stations. i was able to walk everywhere easily.
my room felt a bit dated. the room did not feel particularly clean. there was no fitted sheet on the bed. i had to sleep with a polyester duvet cover against my skin.
